Indiabulls Real Estate to raise $200 mln via GDRs

New Delhi, June 27 (UNI) Realty firm Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd today said it will raise raise 200 million dollars through issue of global depositary receipts (GDRs).

The company has an option to retain oversubscription, a statement said.

In connection with the proposed equity capital raising, the company has appointed Merrill Lynch as the as the book running lead manager.
