Valsad RTO warns against using dark glasses in vehicles

Surat, Jun 26 (UNI) Valsad Regional Transport Officer M K Bhuj has issued a statement warning vehicle users against using dark films in the side glasses and windscreen glasses.

According to the statement here today he said, ''The backside windscreen glasses must be kept transparent of less than 70 per cent and side window glasses should be transparent less than 50 per cent as per the Motor Vehicles Rules Act.'' An intensive drive would be conducted to find those who violate the order and will be punished as per the Central Motor Vehicles Act, the statement added.
