Two notorious gangsters arrested alongwith ammunitions

Samastipur, Jun 26 (UNI) The police arrested two gangsters and seized a huge amount of ammunition near Jitwarpur Dhab under Mufassil police station in the district late last night.

Police sources said here today that acting on the tip off, a sleuth of police raided a criminal hideout near Jitwarpur Dhab and arrested the gangsters. The police had also recovered two country made rifles, three pistols and large number of live cartridges.

The gangsters were accused in various cases relating to loot, arson, kidnapping and murder. They were being interrogated, sources added.
