Kolkata continues to experience pleasant weather

Kolkata, Jun 26 (UNI) The weather in and around the city today continued to remain cool and pleasant though mercury jumped a bit as compared to yesterday.

Met sources said maximum temperature was pegged at 34.6 degrees Celsius with two degrees deviation while the minimum was 27.2 degrees Celsius with no deviation.

According to local weathermen, maximum humidity was recorded at 94 per cent and the minimum was 62 per cent and rainfall stood at 14.5 mm till evening.

Met department predicts partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain and thunder showers during the next 24 hours.
