Pree monsoon shower brings down temperature

Jaipur, June 25(UNI) Pre-monsoon showers experienced in southern and north-western parts of Rajasthan have brought down the temperatures considerably in the state.

According to the weather department Sajjangarh in Banswara district reported two C M of rain while Dhariawad in Udaipur and Bhawani Mandi in Kota reported one CM of rain. Ajmer and Barmer reported four mm of rain while Churu recorded three mm rain bring down the maximum temperature by a few degrees while people in Jaisalmer and Jodhpur had to satisfy with drizzling.

Ajmer recorded a maximum of 34 degrees Celsius, Jaipur 38, Dabok in Udaipur 30, Barmer 33, Jaisalmer 37, Jodhpur 35, Bikaneer 40, Churu 41, Ganganagar recorded the highest tempearature of 42 degrees.

Sporadic rain in East and western part of the state was forecast for the next twenty four hours.
