New bus terminus to be set up soon in Tirumala

Tirupati, June 25 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) Vice-Chairman and Managing Director V Dinesh Reddy today said a state-of-the-art bus terminus with modern facilities will be set up soon at Tirumala.

Addressing a press conference here, he said Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Executive Officer K V Ramanachary had agreed to allot five acres of land to construct the bus terminus for the benefit of the pilgrims visiting the temple of Lord Venkateswara.

The corporation would also run luxury buses on the Tirupati-Tirumala Ghat Roads, Mr Reddy added.
