Bharat Earth Movers' FPO opens Wednesday

New Delhi, June 25 (UNI) The board of mining and construction equipment maker Bharat Earth Movers, which met today, fixed a price band of Rs 1,020-1,090 per share for the follow-on public offer (FPO) of 49 lakh equity shares.

The issue, which opens Wednesday, will close on July 3, the company informed the BSE. The bidding lot is fixed at 5 shares and in multiples of 5 shares.

The board also approved the payment of second interim dividend of 80 per cent amounting to Rs 8 per share, the statement said.
