AP govt to repatriate non local employees by June end

Hyderabad, Jun 25 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Higher Education Minister and the Chairman of Cabinet Sub Committee on GO 610 D Srinivas today said the non-local government employees would be repatriated to their respective regions by the end of this month.

Talking to newspersons here after the Cabinet Sub Committee meeting, presided over by Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, in the Secretariat, Mr Srinivas said the government had directed the top officials of all the departments to prepare a list of non-local employees working in their departments.

Repatriation letters would be issued to all the non-local employees by the end of June and sent back to their own regions, he said.

Stating that the GO 610 would be implemented as per the 'Presidential Orders', he said the government was committed to repatriate all non-local government employees from Telangana and provide job opportunities to the local people.
