Mumbai: 14 ship crew members rescued

Mumbai, June 25: Fourteen persons were rescued, while two are still said to be missing, after a charter ship drowned here.

While, seven crew members were rescued from the Kunjali beach near RC church, two others were rescued from the near Indira Gate, sources said yesterday.

According to the sources, the ill-fated merchant ship had 14 crew members on board which sank about 1,000 meters in the sea, and was going to Raigad from Mumbai.
