Supreme Court to decide inter state water dispute-Governor Kidwai

Jaipur, Jun 23 (UNI) Haryana Governor AR Kidwai, who today took additional charge of Rajasthan's acting governor, said interstate water dispute involving Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan will be decided by the Supreme Court.

Talking to reporters at the Raj Bhawan here this evening, Dr Kidwai said the dispute was presently pending before the apex court and therefore he could not make any political statement in this regard.

However, he evaded a question about the water dispute between Haryana and Rajasthan.
