Girl jumps to death in Nehru Place

New Delhi, Jun 22 (UNI) A 24-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide by jumping from a highrise in the commercial hub of Nehru Place in South Delhi this afternoon.

The girl reportedly jumped from the 8th floor of 'Deepali Building' in Nehru Place at about 1630 hrs, said a senior police official.

''She was about 24-25 years of age and her identity is being ascertained.'' No suicide note has been found, he added.

The multi-storey building houses offices of several big firms.
