UBC to hold Indian Aviation Career Fair in the city on June 23

Bangalore, June 21 (UNI) UBC Careers Aviation Private Ltd, a services firm, will conduct an Indian Aviation Career Fair here on June 23 and 24 in an attempt to provide information on opportunities in the Aviation sector, Company Chief Executive Officer Krishna Prashant said today.

Talking to newspersons here, he said the event, the first of its kind in the country, was designed to give aviation career aspirants a glimpse into the vast opportunities available in the high-flying sector.

The Fair would be another catalyst for the growth and sustainance of the aviation industry, he added.

Mr Prashant said major airlines as well as training schools related to aviation would participate in the Fair.

Stating that the aviation industry was poised for further growth in the near future, he said the event would provide the industry and training industry with candidates keen on taking up careers as pilots, air hostesses, aircraft maintenance engineers and technicians.

The company currently runs a charter service and was in the process of starting a hobby flying club in the city, he added.
