New Zealander falls ill onboard an Emirates flight to Dubai

Kolkata, June 21 (UNI) An Emirates Air flight flying over Kolkata, on its way from Bangkok to Dubai, made an unscheduled landing here at NSCBI airport early today, after a passsenger complained of chest pain, Airport officials reported.

When the 42-year-old woman from New Zealand complained of cardiac problem, the commander of the aircraft decided to land here at 0530 hours.

After being examined by doctors here, she was rushed to a private hospital.
