Bodies of two militants recovered near LoC in Kashmir

Srinagar, June 21 (UNI) The Army today claimed to have recovered the bodies of two militants trapped in a snow slide near the Line of Control (LoC) in Uri sector of north Kashmir.

A defence spokesman said based on specific inputs, troops started a search for bodies of two militants who were trapped in a snow slide near the mountains along the LoC.

The search yielded two bodies along with two AK rifles, two AK magazines, Pakistani and Indian currency, he added.

Further details are being ascertained, the spokesman said.
