24/7 Customer to invest $9 mln to set up centre in NCR
New Delhi, June 21 (UNI) Leading business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider 24/7 Customer today said it will invest nine million dollars to set up a centre in Gurgaon in the next 12-18 months.
''The centre will cater to voice based inbound customer support services,'' said the company Founder and Chief People Officer S Nagarajan.
Initially an incubation centre of 300 seats will be set up and further a facility of 1,50,000 sq ft with over 1,500 seats will come up in next one-and-half years.
''The NCR is a hub of IT talent with well established education system that will provide a huge talent pool,'' said Nagarajan.
The company expects to grow over 30 per cent and be among the best in the industry, he added.
The company plans to employ over 400-500 people in the next 3-6 months and increase it to over 1,000 people in the next one year.
The company Chief Delivery Officer Pradeep Narayanan said, ''We will hire 80 per cent freshers and 20 per cent experienced staff for which there is also plans to transfer senior staff from our other centres.'' The company serves client from insurance, banking, logistics, retailing, technology and telecom sectors.
This centre is company's eighth global centre, the other seven centres in being Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Guatemala and Manila.
