35 pc tax-free dividend from UTI-Infrastructure Fund

Mumbai, June 20: UTI-Infrastructure Fund today announced a tax-free dividend of 35 per cent on its shares, Rs 3.50 per unit on face value of Rs 10 share.

The record date for the dividend is June 22 and the NAV of the dividend option of the fund would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy if any, the firm said in a statement here today.

The fund has consistently outperformed the benchmark BSE 100 and during the last one year, the fund has generated a return of 63.14 per cent as compared to benchmark return of 50.67 per cent, it added.
