Two die in Punjab in roof collapse

Sangrur, June 20 (UNI) Two people, including an 11-year-old, girl were killed and four others injured in two differnt incidents of roof collapse in the state today.

Police said one person was killed and two others injured when the roof of an under-cosntruction gurdwara collapsed in Kunran village in the district. The deceased was identified as Mehar Singh and the injured, who were admitted to the civil hospital here, as Makhan Singh and Raj Singh.

In another incident, an 11-year-old girl was killed, while her mother and maternal grandmother were injured when the roof of their house caved in at a village near Fazilka town. The injured were admitted to a hospital in Fazilka.
