Mayawati government has failed on every front: RLD

Allahabad, June 20 (UNI) Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) today alleged that the Mayawati-led Uttar Pradesh government had failed on every front and it does not have any developmentplan for future.

''UP is on the way of destruction and has not got any change even after the change of regime,'' RLD state president Ram Asre Verma told reporters here.

He said RLD was being consolidated in every state under a new strategy. ''New active workers are being appointed and a new team of quality workers being formed.'' On the question of presidential election, he said UPA head Sonia Gandhi had approached RLD to support their candidate Pratibha Patil, but ''we would decide after the meeting of RLD chief and other party members.''
