ADLAB launches 21st radio station at Rajkot

Rajkot, June 20 (UNI) Adlab Films today launched its 21st radio station BIG 92.7 FM here in presence of actor Ashmit Patel and TV actress Rajshri Thakur.

Addressing mediapersons, BIG 92.7 FM associate vice president and Gujarat head Saurabh Doshi said Adlabs is planning to set up 45 radio station across the country in the next three months and build up a listenership of 20 crore.

He said, ''We will cover 45 cities, 100 towns, and 50,000 villages with a common frequency of 92.7.'' To attract the listeners, several programmes including songs, ''bhajans'' and other entertainment programmes would be aired, he said.

Six RJs in Rajkot would provide entertainment through BIG 92.7 FM, Mr Doshi said. Television personality Shekhar Suman would host ''Humorous in Big Googly Programme'' on BIG 92.7 FM.
