15 take ill after consuming food at marriage function

Kolhapur, Jun 20 (UNI) As many as 15 persons, most of them women, took ill today after consuming food at a marriage function at Kale village in this district.

Immediately after consuming food, 25 persons started vomitting and complained of stomach ache. Of these, 10 were sent home after preliminary examination while the remaining 15 persons were admitted to Chhatrapati Pramila Raje civil hospital.

The police is investigating the matter.
