Bagha, June 19: Bharatiya Janta Party(BJP) Bihar unit president Radha Mohan Singh today accused the UPA government of abetting terrorism with its ''pro-terrorist'' policies.

''The UPA government had made mockery of constitutional values in its three years' tenure and Congress President Sonia Gandhi was following the footsetps of the previous Congress-led governments,'' he claimed, talking to mediapersons here.

Mr Singh lambasted the Centre for the rising prices and alleged that the common people have become victims of ''faulty policies'' of the union government.

Mr Singh also announced the party's decision to observe June 23 as ''balidan divas''(sacrifice day) to commemorate martyr's day of the founder of the BJP Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.

The party would also observe June 26 as a ''Black day'', the day on which Emergency was imposed on the nation in 1975 by Mrs Indira Gandhi.
