Three girls killed in roof collapse

Ranchi, June 19 (UNI) Three girls were killed and two injured when the roof of a building collapsed on them due to rains here today.

Police said the mishap took place on the first floor of one Mohammed Samim's house at Nala Road where all the five were watching the rainfall in the afternoon.

While one died on the spot, two others succumbed to injuries in hospital. All were tenants of the house.

Samim's daughter and son-in-law, who were injured, were admitted to Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences.
