Mumbai, June 19 (UNI) A 29-year-old Tanzanian, arrested exactly one year back in a drugs case, was today acquitted of all charges by a local court due to lack of evidence.

On June 18 last year, Mogonia was arrested by the Azad Maidan police for allegedly possessing six gms of cocaine. Mogonia was picked up late in the night when he, after sighting a police patrolling team, got scared and tried to ran away.
