Spl Lok Adalats to settle bank loan cases

Chandigarh, June 19 (UNI) The Haryana State Legal Services Authority has decided to organise special Lok Adalats at all district and sub-division headquarters on June 28 for quick disposal of cases pertaining to bank loans.

A spokesman for the Authority said the aim of organising such Lok Adalats was to resolve the cases of loans pending with banks and problems concerning the records.

Also, the objective of organising such lok adalats was to facilitate the people in solving their cases thus enabling them to get bank loans and take up their own ventures.

He said that such Lok Adalats would also be held in future so as to redress the grievances of the people speedily.

The Authority has also been organising Lok Adalats in urban as well as rural areas of the state for quick disposal of cases.
