New Delhi, June 19: Larsen and Toubro Ltd's (L&T) today said it has bagged an order worth Rs 610 crore from UAE-based Victory Heights Golf Residential and Development Llc to build a residential property in Dubai Sports City.

The company has formed a joint venture with Eastern Contracting Llc to construct package-2 of the villa development to be completed in 660 days, a statement said.

The scope of work includes 295 grandeur villas of one-storey configuration to be constructed in Carmen, Novelia, Calida and Morella Villages of Victory Heights conforming to 11 different types of Mediterranean, Spanish and European styles of architecture.

Victory Heights, a JV between Dubai Sports City and Bahrain-based Financial Institution Arcapita Bank, has undertaken the development of luxury golf residential community in Dubai Sports City.
