Beverages Corporation donates Rs 20 cr to CMRF

Hyderabad, June 19 (UNI) The Minister for Excise and Prohibition, Mr Jakkampudi Rammohan Rao, today handed over a cheque of Rs 20 crore from the Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Ltd, as voluntary contribution to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) at the Secretariat.

The Chief Minister while thanking the Beverages Corporation said the CMRF was now becoming a boon to the poor and needy. About 150 people were daily given relief of Rs 30,000 each for treatment of ailments in various hospitals in the state, he claimed.
