Manipur: Students plead non-involvement in agitations

Imphal, Jun 18: The Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur(DESAM) today appealed to all to allow students to pursue theit studies without them having to participate in politicsl agitations.

Union general secretary LC Santosh said the students should not be compelled to take part in the frequent agitations in the state.

He also appealed to the government to frame proper transfer and posting policy for the teachers.
