RBI launches multi-lingual site

Mumbai, June 18 (UNI) The Reserve Bank today announced that it has launched a multi-lingual site, in which users can get access to various information in 13 different languages.

The site includes recent instructions of Reserve Bank related to customer service, frequently asked questions (FAQs), bank lending rates, Banking Ombudsman scheme, Right to Information Act and links to commercial banks' websites.

The site can be accessed at 'www.rbi.org.in/commonperson', said a RBI statement.
