Naxal factory case: Witnesses depose
Bhopal, June 18 (UNI) A local court today recorded the statements of two witnesses in a case of weapons manufacture by naxals here.
Mohammad Isa and Shams-ul-Haq identified the accused before Special Judge (CBI) Ashok Kumar Pandey. The witnesses said that they had observed the accused filling water at a public tap in a residential colony. The duo never went to the rebels' factory but were under the impression that tractors' nuts and bolts were manufactured there. Advocate T N Rajput was the prosecutor while Advocate Siddharth Tyagi was the defence counsel. Witnesses' statements would be recorded tomorrow as well.
