Pondy: Kandasamy allocated Adi-Dravidar Welfare portfolio

Puducherry, June 18: Mr Kandasamy, who was inducted into the Rangasamy Cabinet here yesterday, was today allocated the Social and Adi-Dravidar Welfare portfolio.

He would also hold charge of Women and Child Welfare, Urban Basic Service and Fire Service portfolios.

The portfolios were earlier held by Mr P Angalan, who had resigned from the Cabinet following family problems.
