AIFB criticises visit of Israeli Army delegation to Kashmir

New Delhi, Jun 18 (UNI) The All India Forward Bloc (AIFB) today strongly condemned the visit of Israeli army delegation recently to Jammu and Kashmir.

The party in a statement issued here, said that it is detrimental to the national interest and a matter of shame for the state.

''Irael's role in the West Asia conflict is known to all. They are subjugating the people of Palestine and violating all human rights with the covert and overt support from USA. Allowing such a force to visit Kashmir valley and seeking assistance from them will be counter-productive. It will send wrong message to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and will create unwanted confusions. It may derail the Confidence Building measures (CBMs) as the Kashmir issue cannot be solved without taking thepeople of the state into confidence,'' it said.

The AIFB has urged the government to clarify its position in this regard, the statement added.
