Adopt path of struggle to protect Setu: Uma

Narsinghpur (MP), June 18: Bharatiya Janshakti (BJ) Founder-President and former Union Minister Uma Bharti has said that the public would have to adopt the path of struggle for protecting the Palk Strait's Ram Setu from demolition for movement of ships.

''The Setu is the Hindu religion's pride and the country's denizens have to decide what they desire,'' the ex-Chief Minister said yesterday at a BJ programme in this district's Barmaan.

In a volley of allegations against Madhya Pradesh's BJP regime, the firebrand sadhvi quipped that public interest work was being carried out only on paper.
