5 lk shares by Zicom to Bennett, Coleman

New Delhi, June 17: Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has said its board had approved allotment of 5,00,000 shares at Rs 200 each to Bennett, Coleman&Co Ltd on preferential basis.

The Share Premium account of the company has increased by Rs 9.5 crore, it said in a statement earlier this week.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has increased from Rs 10.19 crore to Rs 10.69 crore, comprising of 1,06,99,174 shares of Rs 10 each.
