Police officer's son shot at in Kashmir

Srinagar, June 17 (UNI) Unidentified gunmen shot at and wounded the son of a senior police official in south Kashmir's Kulgam district today, official sources said.

They said the gunmen fired upon Raheel Ahmed Bhat, son of Station House Officer (SHO) Nowahata, Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, at Yaripora in Kulgam district this afternoon.

He was rushed to a hospital where his condition was stated to be serious, the sources added.
