Man jailed for attempt to suicide

Mahoba, June 17 (UNI) An attempt to end his life, added more to his plight.

Sitaram of Chatarpur district, Madhya Pradesh was suffering with Asthama since long, fed up with his prolonged illness he decided to end his life, but was arrested here in the early hours today..

According to police, a railway employee noticed Sitaram hiding under the Bundelkhand Express engine, when the train, on its way to Gwalior, halted at Mahoba railway station at 5 am.

Later he informed the police, who struggled hard to bring him out of wheels of the engine.

A case of attempt to suicide was registered against him.
