Era Group to invest Rs 300 cr in IT Park

New Delhi, June 17 (UNI) Era Landmarks (India) Ltd, a subsidiary of Era Constructions (India) Ltd, will invest Rs 300 crore for developing an IT Park in Greater Noida, near here.

The park, spread over an area of ten lakh square feet, will consist of both residential and commercial complexes.

It will be designed by an architectural firm ARCORP International, Era Group Chairman H S Bharana said.

The project aims to meet the needs of complex businesses with suitable amenities like the corporate towers, convention halls, service apartments, ultra-modern club houses.

The increasing number of malls, multiplexes, amusement parks and entertainment hubs as well as well-planned townships has led to remarkable changes in East Delhi in the last two to three years, he added.
