40 injured in bus accident in Punjab

Phagwara, June 17 (UNI) More than 40 bus passengers, including women and children, suffered serious injuries when a Hoshiarpur-bound bus overturned near Jagjitpur village on Phagwara-Hoshiarpur road last evening.

The accident occurred when the bus driver lost control of the vehicle while saving it from dashing into another. The injured were admitted to different hospitals of town.
