Two militants killed by JK police in Srinagar

Srinagar, June 15: The Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police killed two militants on the outskirts of the summer capital early this morning.

A police spokesman said an encounter took place between militants and SOG at Gujbug, Nowgam, on the outskirts, in the wee hours this morning.

He said two militants were killed by the SOG in the encounter.

Two ak rifles and other arms and ammunition were recovered from the slain militants.
