USID Foundation to organise conference in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, June 14 (UNI) Usable Software Interface Design (USID) Coordinator Raman Saxena today said USID would organise a three-day conference on the theme 'Living in Digital World - Challenges for Designers and Engineers' from June 18 in the city.

Addressing the Press here, he said this was for the first time that a conference of this scale on such a subject, which was of prime concern today, was being organised in the country. About 150 delegates, comprising students, researchers, professionals, specialists, academia, design and engineering professionals would participate in the meet.

The conference, being organised with the support of Hyderabad Software Exporters Association (HYSEA) and sponsored by many organisations, including Satyam and Computer Associates, would also hold design competitions for design and engineering students and paper competitions.
