Tributes paid to Desh Bandhu Gupta on his 106th birth anniversary

New Delhi, June 14 (UNI) Glowing tributes were today paid to Lala Desh Bandhu Gupta great freedom fighter, social reformer, journalist and member of the Constitutent Assembly of India on the occasion of his 106th birth anniversary.

On this occasion, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi organised a function to pay homage to late Deshbandhu Gupta at his statue installed at Ajmeri Gate.

Delhi Mayor Arti Mehra offered floral tributes at his statue.

Among others who paid tributes to the freedom fighter were area Municipal Councillor, Krishan Murari Jatav, Ex MP Vishva Bandhu Gupta Deputy Commissioner, Sadar Paharganj, J P Aggarwal and Director (Community Services) Kiran Dabral.
