Tata Indicom offers unlimited free outgoing calls for pre-paid cust.

Bangalore, June 14 (UNI) Tata Indicom, India's fastest growing telecom service provider, today announced the launch of 'Freedom Call Voucher' offering free and unlimited outgoing calls to any local Tata (fixed and mobile) phone.

Speaking to newsmen here, Tata Indicom Karnataka Circle Chief Operating Officer Manzoor Ameen said the voucher was available at just Rs 325 for 30 days and gives Rs 150 bonus talk time for other calls. It also offered attractive rates for calling other phones, local mobiles at 49 paise per minute and local fixed line at 99 paise per minute. The offer, provided by the Tata Indicom exclusively in the country, had been launched in all circles and was a significant initiative that further reinforced the company's commitment to make mobiles more affordable and provided greater value to its prepaid customer, he added.

He said a range of attractive color handsets were also introduced at very competitive entry prices like Huawei C 2285, Haier D1200 and Kyocera Topaz.

Replying to questions, he said the mobile phone industry was the fastest growing sector and every month over five million customers were being added on. The company had a customer base of 17.1 million across the country and was planning to add one million every month to reach the target of 100 million by 2011.
