One held for selling laddu tokens in black market

Tirumala, June 14 (UNI) Vigilance officials of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) today arrested one person for selling Rs 5 laddu tokens in black market here today.

They also seized 100 tokens from him.

According to vigilance officials, 21-year-old Raja was held while he was selling Rs five laddu tokens to those waiting in the queue complex for the darshan.

Despite the the vigilance officials were taking necessary steps to prevent the black marketing, it was still continuing in the world famous Venkateswaraswamy Temple in Tirumala.
