FTC awards life imprisonment to 5 youths in murder case

Coimbatore, Jun 14 (UNI) A Fast Track Court (FTC) today awarded life imprisonment to five youths in a murder case.

FTC-III Judge Raju awarded the sentence holding that the prosecution proved the case that the accused had stabbed to death one Babu after a minor scuffle in a temple festival in February last year.

The Judge also slapped a fine of Rs 1,000 each, against the five accused, who are aged between 20 and 25 years.
