ICICI bank files Red Herring Prospects with SEBI
Mumbai, Jun 13: The country's largest private lender ICICI Bank today said they have filed the Red Herring Prospectus with capital market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and with the Ahmedabad Registrar of Companies for a public issue.
The issue involves equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price to be determined by the book building process, including a share premium per equity share, aggregating Rs 87,500 million.
The Bank has decided to keep a five per cent reservation for existing shareholders, the bank revealed and said the details of the reservations have been disclosed in the Red Herring Prospectus.
In a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the bank said other details relating to the issue, such as the price band will be announced by them in due course.
