New Delhi, June 13 (UNI) Areva T&D India Ltd today said it plans to invest Rs 100 crore for setting up a transformer manufacturing unit in Tamil Nadu.

The unit, Areva's third in the state, will employ 300 employees at full capacity, it said in a statement.
