Ansal eyes Rs 250cr turnover from Karnal project

New Delhi, June 13: Ansal Housing and Construction Ltd today said it expects to clock a turnover of Rs 250 crore from its 98 acre-residential project in Karnal over the next three to four years with sizeable profits.

The integrated township named 'Ansal Town' will have in-house amenities like schools, hospitals, clubs and multiplexes and will be located parallel to National Highway-1.

The Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh has issued licence for the development of the township, the company said in a statement.

It will undertake all the development and marketing work of the project and expects to launch couple of more projects in Karnal shortly.
