ksrtc to buy 1500 buses this year-minister

Bijapur, June 12 (UNI) Karnataka Transport Minister N Cheluvarayasmay today said that the department has planned to purchase 1500 new buses of which 300 buses would be given the North-West division this year.

Mr Cheluvarayaswamy inaugurating a new bus stand at Basavanabagewadi today said that a comprehensive plan has been designed to renovate all old bus stands in the state and would be implemented in a phase wise.

State Textile Minister and District Incharge Appu Pattanshetty urged the Minister to provide bus passes to the retired Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation employees.
