Kala Azar claims two lives in Supaul

Supaul, Jun 12 (UNI) Two people, including a child, died of Kala Azar, while twenty six others were suffering from it at ward number 6 and 7 of Rampur panchayat under Piprah block in the district.

Civil surgeon K M Gupta said here today that the patients were admitted to the local hospital while medical teams rushed to the village to cope with the disease, which had been prevailing for the last 15 days.
