Ahmedabad: Intel hosts Intel Channel conference

Ahmedabad, June 12: IT major Intel held an Intel Channel (IC) conference here today in order to understand new demands and offer best solutions for their customers.

The theme of this year's ICC is how to use technology to multiply the efforts and and results of consumers, SMBs and large enerprises.

Speaking at the conference, Intel APAC director (marketing) Rupal Shah said the channel event offers insights into Intel's technology roadmap and emerging market trends, which will be useful in enhancing business.

She said the channels are critical to Intel's success and in this rapid technolgically transforming world, ''we believe that the only way to succeed in offering the best solutions to one's consumers, is to lead with technology''.

This event series enables our channel to be aware of and to offer the hottest and latest in technology, across all product segments including desktops, laptops and servers, Ms Shah said.

Intel also launched the Intel 3 series chipsets, which will provide consumers enhanced Intel clear video technology and hardware support for Microsft DX 10. These chipsets also boost performance with a fast 1333 MHz front side bus and DDR3 support and Intel Turbo Memory for faster application loading and boot times, she added.
