Zicom to issue 5 lakh shares to Bennett, Coleman

New Delhi, Jun 11 (UNI) Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd today said its board had approved allotment of 5,00,000 shares at Rs 200 rupees each to Bennett, Coleman&Co Ltd on preferential basis.

The Share Premium account of the company has increased by Rs 9.5 crore, it said in a statement.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has increased from Rs 10.19 crore to Rs 10.69 crore, comprising of 1,06,99,174 shares of Rs 10 each.
